A builder portal for pool construction teams, with an AI dispatch agent that schedules crews and flags conflicts.
(01) Challenge
Builders were coordinating crews, permits and inspections across spreadsheets, calls and group chats. Jobs slipped because nobody had one view of the schedule.
(02) Solution
We designed and built a portal around the way builders actually run jobs: a live schedule, job timelines and client updates in one place. An AI dispatch agent drafts each day's crew plan and leaves the final call to the coordinator.
